Before You Delete Your Account

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure to export any reports you want to keep before requesting deletion. If you're experiencing issues with the app, please contact support first - we may be able to help.

How to Request Account Deletion

Export Your Data (Optional)

Before deleting your account, export any reports you want to keep using the app's export feature. Reports are stored locally on your device and won't be automatically deleted.

Submit Deletion Request

Fill out the form below with your account email address. This will open your email client with a pre-filled deletion request.

Confirmation

We'll verify your identity and send a confirmation email within 48 hours. Your account will be deleted within 30 days of confirmation.

What Happens to Your Data

Permanently Deleted

  • Account credentials (email, password)
  • Profile information (name, job title, phone)
  • Company association
  • Authentication tokens

Not Affected

  • Reports stored locally on your device
  • Photos saved to your photo library
  • Exported report files (.report, PDF, DOCX)

To delete local data, uninstall the app from your device.

Retention Period

Upon receiving your deletion request:

  • Within 48 hours: We'll verify your identity and send confirmation
  • Within 30 days: Your account and all associated personal data will be permanently deleted from our servers
  • Exception: We may retain certain data if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention), but this data will be anonymized
